You should be aware of the following facts:

• The place is in the middle of the mountains (Alps)
• The altitude of the conference center is 1150m
• Temperature, we will let you know a week before the workshop what to expect but:
  • The expected average temperature for Mai is 15.5 °C
  • The expected minimal temperature for Mai is 5.2 °C
  • The expected maximal temperature for Mai is 17.9 °C
  • The minimal temperature for Mai is -6 °C
  • The maximal temperature for Mai is 31.1 °C
• Meals. Breakfast is from 8:00 am to 8:45 am, Lunch is at 12:30 am, and dinner is at 7:30 pm
• Internet. In the main building you will find computers, wifi, internet plugs. Last time I was there, there was no wifi in the rooms (you are here to socialize)

You should consider bringing:

• Hicking boots/clothes
• Warm clothes
• Sun glasses
• Sun cream
