Accomodation

Here is a list of hotels where rooms have been prereserved for CAV'01. Prereservations are valid until the limit date specified in the table below. The number of prereservations shown is the one valid on January 31st, 2001, and won't be updated. Naturally, that a hotel runs out of pre-booked rooms does not mean it does not have any vacancy. However, the earlier you get in touch with a hotel, the likelier you'll get a room. Hotel registration is independent of CAV'01 registration.

The procedure to book a room is as follows:

Contact the chosen hotel directly (phone, fax, email);
Mention you are a CAV'01 participant;
Payment is due directly to the hotel, not to CAV.

Warning: The student room reservation will close on June, 11th.

For students, student rooms are available in Cachan (70FF / 120FF per night).
